Vi starter med en aperitiff og litt attåt
Soup:
-Crabsoup served in crusty bread with cream and cognac
Starter:
-Duo of portobello stuffed with minced meat of deer and gruyere cheese + Tuna tataki with seaweed and North Sea shrimps
Main course
-Tournedos ´Rossini´ with Foie gras, truffle and Madeira
or
-Duo of Salmon and Sole fillet with asparagus, mashed potato and lobster sauce
Dessert:
-Chocolate fondant with pistachio ice, fresh whipped cream, red fruit confit, topped with white chocolate
-After dessert we serve the guests coffee and they can choose to have a brandy or Baileys with this.
